Inspiring Wellbeing Episode 2

Awareness is the key for change. In this episode you get to expand your awareness to your behaviors and food choices. At the bottom you will find a food and wellness journal to support you in finding patterns to uncover the cause to your symptoms. The practice of awareness is intended to help you reduce inflammation, identify food sensitivities and learn how you can improve your food choices and digestion to support your body and more.

Today’s question is – what type of foods are you gravitating towards?

  • Salty

  • Sweet

  • Fatty foods?

The reason I ask is because

1.       our choices can reveal a whole lot about our emotional state.

2.       the foods we eat more frequently, can also reveal an internal chemical or hormonal imbalance and point to food sensitivities and possibly allergies.

For me I know something is up when I start frying up eggs with cheese and have bread with butter. This would be a red flag for me and have me stop and look at why I am upset. I have developed such a keen awareness of myself that my behavior or symptoms become ques on what I may be dealing with in my life.

In a world of cause and effect if we follow the symptom back to the what caused it in the first place we become empowered to heal our self. You are the only person who lives with yourself 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

How do I know that fatty foods means that I am upset?

In my studies of subtle energy and our vibrational nature, it becomes exciting to know that life is not that random. Consider our body like a vibrating instrument and our emotions are a form of communication that vibrate at a certain frequency. The frequency of the emotion will resonate with a certain body to share its message.

For example,  anger has an affinity with the liver organ. So when someone is angry, they are affecting the liver and the reverse is also true. If someone has a congested liver they will have an angry temperament. This would be an indication that it is time for a liver cleanse.  Oils should be reduced as it burdens the liver as it is responsible for the digestion of fats. If you chose to do a cleanse don’t be surprised if you get emotional for no reason- we are very complex yet interconnected beings.

So if you are interested in understanding yourself at a deeper level, you may download the food journal attached and start tracking the foods you eat, your symptoms and moods and in no time you still be able to start identifying patterns and be empowered to make the necessary changes to take charge of your health and wellbeing.

If you have any problems identifying patterns, feel free to reach out to me. I am an expert in identifying patters and I know exactly what to look for.

This exercise can help you reduce inflammation, identify food sensitivities and learn how you can improve your food choices and digestion to support your body and more.

Awareness leads to insight, insight leads to clarity, clarity leads to freedom.
