Practices include techniques to develop concentration & mindfulness, tranquility and Samadhi meditation, Mantra chanting, self-healing and contemplation.

This module focuses on group discussions, authentic sharing, and meditation.
Create an expanded awareness of new perspectives and clear any resistance to greater joy.
Being truly connected with the rise and fall of the breath determines the pace of our journey.
Relax the senses, relinquish any conscious direction, and become willing to be in the moment. In the stillness we will find guidance.
